A new training video has emerged featuring Fedor Emelianenko as he continues his preparation for his next fight with Pedro Rizzo under the M-1 Global banner on June 23rd.
Fedor’s often been criticized in the past for failing to branch out from his usual training routine at home in Russia, but on this occasion he’s set up camp in Holland where he’s able to call on the guidance of Dutch coaches like legendary kickboxer Ernesto Hoost.
In the build-up to this fight it had been rumored that this may be Fedor’s last fight before retirement, but he’s since claimed that he won’t decide on his future until after the bout which takes place in his native Russia.
