New details have emerged regarding Jason ‘Mayhem’ Miller’s latest arrest at the weekend for ‘corporal injury of a spouse ‘
During a court hearing held yesterday it was confirmed that in both this and his previous domestic violence arrest a few weeks ago the victim was a woman named Ana Priscilla.
His latest arrest came after it was alleged that he urinated on her, choked her until she fell to the ground and then punched and kicked her.
In his defense, Miller claimed that he had asked Priscilla to leave his home prior to the incident and that she had bitten him. Miller also claims that his father witnessed her attacking him.
During the hearing it also emerged that Miller has a restraining order against Priscilla (who trains in MMA herself), as do several other men who’ve dated her in the past.
According to the www.scifighting.com site, Miller was told off by the judge at one point as he began acting strangely, “making faces and nodding his head in every direction.”
Both of Miller’s charges have now been rolled into one case and he has another date in court this coming Friday. In the mean time his bail has now been set at $100,000.
