‘UFC Fight For The Troops 3’ on November 6th will feature a meaningful female match-up as former No.1 contender Liz Carmouche goes up against Alexis Davis.
Carmouche is of course a perfect candidate for this event given that she’s a former Iraq war veteran herself and she’s in a good spot right now in the female bantamweight division after TKO’ing Jessica Andrade back in July.
Alexis Davis notched up a win over Rosi Sexton in her debut in June too so both ladies will view this as in important fight to build momentum towards a title push in 2014.
It looks like the troops at Fort Campbell, Kentucky will be treated to a good night of fights with Lyoto Machida’s middleweight debut against Tim Kennedy already assigned to headline duties.
