Bellator 118 TV Ratings

Bellator 118 drew an average of 701,000 viewers on Friday night on Spike TV.

That’s up 84,000 viewers from the previous week and sees them breaching the 700,000 mark for the fourth time this season which is always good news for the promotion for a Friday night event.

In addition the main event between Joe Warren and Rafael Silva peaked with just over a million viewers – again the fourth time this has happened in their 10th season so far.

It wasn’t an especially strong fight card, but Warren is one of Bellators’ more recognizable homegrown stars and the fact he was fighting for the interim bantamweight title seems to have helped on the ratings front.

Bellator now have just one more event before they head into the pay-per-view market for the first time on May 17th and will find out whether they are able to convert their regular viewers into paying customers.
