Anthony Pettis vs. Benson Henderson at WEC 53
In the final WEC event, these two men competed for the WEC lightweight title. In the final round of this 25-minute war, Pettis landed one of the most memorable head kicks in the history of the sport.
Ok, so it didn’t actually KO Henderson, but it did floor him, and given that Pettis propelled himself off the cage to land this infamous kick which many think believe won him the final round and the world title it’s too good not to include here.
