Winning the PRIDE Open Weight Grand Prix of 2000 was a huge deal and Mark Coleman was understandably overcome with joy. With adrenalin coursing through his body he decided to vault the ropes and celebrate with the Japanese fans. Of course in his excitement he had forgotten one key fact – that he was about as nimble as a Sherman tank and as such his bold manoeuvre was doomed to failure from the moment he launched into orbit.
