It wasn’t just The Ultimate Fighter that was enjoying improved TV ratings on Friday night – Bellator also produced their biggest audience of the season so far for their 79th show.
An average of 220,000 viewers watched the action unfold live on MTV2, 30,000 higher than the previous high mark for the season 7 debut back in September.
A ratings like this is a home-run as far as Bellator is concerned on MTV2, but they are currently preparing to shift across to Spike TV in January where the expectation is that they will enjoy a significant increase in viewers.
