Clay Guida Defeats Joe Lauzon By TKO in 67 Seconds At UFC Fight Night 120

Clay Guida made a big impact tonight at UFC Fight Night 120 as he TKO’d Joe Lauzon in just 67 seconds after dropping him with a big uppercut and then relentless ground and pound.

Round One:

Early leg kick for Guida. Another lands. Lauzon just short with a front kick upstairs. Guida drills Lauzon with two hooks and then a massive uppercut that drops him in the opening minute of the fight!

Guida follows him down and starts hammering away at Lauzon’s head with repeated unanswered blows. Lauzon is still conscious but seems dazed, yet the referee is letting the action go on.

More blows land and mercifully the fight does then come to an end, with Guida securing a swift 67 second TKO finish over his fellow veteran!

Guida is not known as a big puncher so he’ll be pleased with that one, although he stayed classy and showed Lauzon a lot of respect post-fight.
