Miesha Tate Vs Amanda Nunes Now Headlines UFC 200

It’s been another whirlwind 24 hours for the UFC in the build-up to Saturday night’s UFC 200 pay-per-view event, and as a result they’ve now restructured the card with a different main event.

In a somewhat surprising move, the woman’s bantamweight title fight between Miesha Tate and Amanda Nunes now has the honor of headlining the historic show.

That pushes the heavyweight clash between Brock Lesnar Vs Mark Hunt back down to the co-main event spot, which will raise a few eyebrows since former champion Lesnar is seen as the biggest draw on the card.

Below that will be the newly announced non-title fight at 205lbs between Daniel Cormier and Anderson Silva, with ‘The Spider’ making an exceptionally brave move to move up a division to fight the champion on just two days notice.

Leading into that will be more title action as Jose Aldo and Frankie Edgar clash to establish a new interim featherweight champion.

Meanwhile, the opening bout of the main card remains the same as before, with former heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez taking on Travis Browne.

Check out the revised UFC 200 fight card below.
