Super Fight League 2: Quick Results

Indian promotion ‘Super Fight League’s’ second event has just finished and we’ve got all the results for you below.

In the main event former UFC fighter Todd Duffee made short work of Neil Grove, landing a big right hook early in the fight that floored the man from Bellator.

With Grove lying dazed on the ground all it took were a few more jackhammer rights from Duffee on the ground and it was all over.

In the other major fight of the evening another Bellator fighter Alexander Shlemenko fared better, disposing of DREAM favorite Minowman in the first round.

The beginning of the end came when Shlemenko landed a big knee to the head which took Minowa’s legs out from under him against the cage.

He appeared to rally though, attempting one of his infamous leg locks, but Shlemenko pulled free and then out-of-the-blue Minowman signalled that he was done and the fight ended.

It wasn’t clear exactly what was wrong with the Japanese fighter, though there he did seem to be in some pain and there was a suggestion it might be a rib injury though it was hard to tell how that would have occured.
