ronda rousey ufc 207 loss

The disclosed basic salaries from Friday night’s UFC 207 event in Las Vegas have been revealed, and show that Ronda Rousey was by far the biggest earner on the night.

Rousey banked a whopping $3,000,000 despite losing in just 48 seconds, the second highest basic salary in UFC history.

Dominick Cruz was up next with a more modest $350,000 payday on a night in which he lost his grip on the men’s 135lb title.

Then came a trio of fighters who had each earned $200,000 on the night, including woman’s bantamweight champ Amanda Nunes, new men’s bantamweight kingpin Cody Garbrandt and former champion TJ Dillashaw.

Also earning six figure sums on the night were Dong Hyun Kim ($134,000) and Neil Magny ($114,000).
