The 11th episode of TUF 16 aired Friday night on FX to an average audience of 804,000 viewers.
That’s up 161,000 viewers from the previous weeks show, but falls just below the average of just under 850,000 viewers for the season as a whole.
There’s only a couple of episodes to go now in what’s been another disappointing run for the show. Hopefully it can make it to the end without dipping below the current all-time low mark of 625,000 which was set earlier this season.
On the bright side, it appears that TUF 17 is now set to move to Tuesday nights at 9pm as a lead-in to the hit-show ‘Justified’ with Jon Jones and Chael Sonnen installed as coaches so if all goes according to plan that should lead to a considerable ratings boost early next year.
