Jon Jones and Rashad Evans have been at loggerheads ever since a fight between them was first suggested, and with UFC 145 now only a fortnight away the tension and intensity between them is ratcheting up even further.
A new trailer for the next episode of UFC Ultimate Insider emphasizes the point, with the two trading verbal blows while having a sit down with Jon Anik.
It starts with the two men arguing over who is to blame for breaking a previous agreement between them when they were training partners that they would never fight each other.
Jones denies that it was he who broke that pact, asking why Evans believes that he had a desire to fight him.
“Because you can’t be the champ unless you beat me,” Evans replies.
Later Jones takes a dig at his opponent who’s 8 years his elder, stating, “I feel I’m just getting started and your at the end.”
