Bellator 250 Results

Bellator 250 took place last night and we’ve got all the results for you below.

In the main event of the evening Gegard Mousasi seized the vacant light-heavyweight title with a unanimous decision victory over Douglas Lima (48-47, 49-46 x2).

It was a cautious fight with both men looking to just edge out the stand-up action, which Mousasi was able to get the better of by working on the counter, while also looking for takedown opportunities, which helped him secure victory.

Meanwhile, in the co-main event Henry Corrales got back to winning ways with a split decision win (30-27, 27-30 x2) against Brandon Girtz.

Girtz looked to pressure Corrales from early in the fight, but found himself eating counter strikes that took their toll as the fight progressed and appeared to be rocked by a punch in the dying seconds of the final round.
