After a few weeks break for the holiday season the action is now set to get back underway again at UFC Fight Night 234 this coming Saturday night, April 13th in Las Vegas.

In the main event of the evening there’s a light-heavyweight rematch as the No.3 ranked Magomed Ankalaev fights Johnny Walker again after their previous fight ended in a no-contest due to an illegal knee from Ankalaev in the opening round last October.

in the co-main event Manel Kape brings a four-fight winning streak into a match-up with Matheus Nicolau, whose own four-fight unbeaten start to his time in the UFC was snapped last time out via a KO loss to Brandon Royval.

Lightweight veteran Jim Miller has his eye on a guaranteed spot at UFC 300 in April, but first he has to emerge unscathed against Gabriel Benitez, who didn’t fight last year, but went 1-1 in 2022.

Ricky Simon’s only fight in 2023 saw his five-fight winning streak end with a loss to Song Yadong and now he’ll try to get back on track against Mario Bautista, who extended his own winning streak to 5-0 with two wins in the past year.

Phil Hawes comes into 2024 off of back-to-back KO losses and now fight ‘The Hulk’ Bruno Ferreira, who won his UFC debut by KO, but has since been KO’d himself in just 77 seconds.
