Watch Jake Paul TKO Mike Perry In Boxing Match

Youtuber turned boxer Jake Paul TKO’d Mike Perry in the 6th round of their boxing match last night in Florida, and you can watch highlights of the fight below.

Paul’s knack for cherry-picking under-sized MMA fighters to box was evident again even before they stepped into the ring as he had a 3″ height and 5″ reach advantage in addition to having to strip down to his birthday suit to make the 200lb limit on Friday after reportedly cutting 30lbs. Meanwhile, Perry, who fought in the UFC at 170lbs, had no such issues after only managing to tip the scales at a career-high 196.6lbs.

As such, Perry’s reliance on his chin rather than a solid boxing defense against the far bigger man did not work out well for him as he was dropped in the first round, put down again in the second and eventually TKO’d in the sixth after being floored one final time and then staggering when he got back to his feet.

So Paul gets the bragging rights of continuing to beat former UFC fighters, while glossing over the fact that the combined the win-loss record for each of his MMA opponents in their last five UFC fights (only 3 fights for Ben Askren due to his brief UFC run) tallies up to an abysmal 6-17 record.

Paul will turn his attention away from ex-UFC fighters next time out, with his postponed fight against the 58-year-old Mike Tyson apparently now rescheduled to take place in November.
