Ronda Rousey features in a new trailer of the upcoming movie ‘Mile 22’ alongside Mark Walhberg, which you can check out below.
Rousey was first attached to the movie during the peak of her UFC career, with the former champion expected to take a leading role, but after faltering in the Octagon her role was eventually downgraded to become a member of the supporting cast.
“In a visceral modern thriller from the director of Lone Survivor, Mark Wahlberg stars as James Silva, an operative of the CIA’s most highly-prized and least understood unit,” the movie description reads. “Aided by a top-secret tactical command team, Silva must retrieve and transport an asset who holds life-threatening information to Mile 22 for extraction before the enemy closes in.”
Rousey recently signed for the WWE and is now enjoying a resurgence as a pro-wrestling star, but though it appears her MMA career is over, she has still refused to state that she is officially retired.
