The final UFC event of 2022 is upon us this coming Saturday night, December 17th in Las Vegas and we’ve got the full UFC Fight Night 216 card for you below.
In the main event of the evening there’s middleweight action as Jared Cannonier looks to get back on track after a failed title challenge last time out when he goes up against Sean Strickland, whose six fight winning streak came to an end in July when he was KO’d by the man who would go on to claim the belt, Alex Pereira.
In the co-main event we find Arman Tsarukyan, who is coming off a loss after having amassed five wins before that, and now fights Damir Ismagulov, who is five fights unbeaten in the UFC and in fact has only lost once in his entire 25 fight career.
Amir Albazi is 3-0 so far in the UFC’s flyweight division as he gets ready to lock horns with Alessandro Costa, who will be making his UFC debut and holds a 12-2 record.
Alex Caceres continues the running theme on this main card of fighters returning after seeing their winning streaks broken as he’s another who had five victories under his belt before a loss in March, and now fights Julian Erosa, who is on a three-fight winning streak, which curiously all took place at catchweights.
Drew Dober comes in off two wins via strikes in a row against Bobby Green, who suffered a TKO loss last time out.
Michal Oleskiejzuk has won three of his last four fights in the promotion and will try to add to that against Cody Brundage, who lost his UFC debut, but has picked up two wins since then.
