When long-time UFC welterweight fighter Chris Lytle announced his retirement following a victory over Dan Hardy last year he had no plans to put his feet up and enjoy all his new-found leisure time.
Instead the father of four, who’s also a fireman, had loftier ambitions – attempting to run for senate in the state of Indiana.
Months later Lytle has stuck true to his word as the advert below shows.
Lytle was one of the good guys during his time in the UFC and we certainly wish him well in this endeavor.
