Shinya Aoki is known for his spectacular and often brutal submission savvy in the world of MMA, but last night at the BJJ event Metamoris II he was given a taste of his own medicine by Kron Gracie.
Gracie Vs Aoki was the main event of the evening and while the rest of the evening past by with a series of decisions, Gracie made sure it was worth waiting for, getting a guillotine choke and rolling into mount with it to tap the current ONE FC and DREAM lightweight champion.
UFC fighter Brendan Schaub also competed at the show and brought jeers from the crowd as he opted just to survive to a decision against Robert Abreu.
Following the event a long-awaited rematch between Eddie Bravo of 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu fame and Royler Gracie was confirmed as the main event for the third Metamoris show.
