UFC Fight Night 89 takes place in Ottawa, Canada and you can check out the full fight card below.
In the main event of the evening, Rory MacDonald returns for the first time since his TKO loss in a five round war with Robbie Lawler last summer, and now goes up against the division’s fastest rising contender, Stephen ‘Wonderboy’ Thompson.
In the co-main event, Donald Cerrone moves up to the welterweight division, where he’ll be taking on an in-form Patrick Cote who’s on a three-fight winning streak and has lost only one of his last seven fights.
Coming off a 52 second KO win over James Te Huna in March, former hockey enforcer Steve Bosse takes on Sean O’Connell, who by way of contrast was knocked out by Ilir Latifi in his last fight.
Canada’s own Olivier Aubin-Mercier will seek to get back to winning ways against Thibault Gouti, who’s only fight in the Octagon so far was a loss earlier this year.
Meanwhile, opening up the main card, Scotland’s Joanne Calderwood will be back in action against Canada’s Valerie Letourneau, who fought for the title last time out.
