Earlier this year Conor McGregor conducted a pay-per-view interview during a glitzy gathering with fans in Manchester, England, and now it’s emerged that another one is in the works for later this month, this time in London.
‘An Evening with Conor McGregor – Up Close and Notorious’ will take place on September 30th at the O2 Arena in London, with tickets anywhere from £60 – £595 and attendees having to adhere to a strict dress code of, ‘Lounge Suits and Glam for the Ladies.’
The interview will begin at 7pm UK time (2pm ET) and there will also be an afterparty fo those in attendance to hang out with the UFC Lightweight champion.
Last time, MMA reporter Ariel Helwani was flown in to interview McGregor, but on this occasion fellow UK fighter and UFC color commentator Dan Hardy will be on-stage with McGregor, presumably to quiz him about his boxing fight with Floyd Mayweather and his plans for the future.
News of the interview comes as McGregor’s coach John Kavanagh claimed in his latest newspaper column that it’s unlikely that ‘The Notorious’ will fight again this year, while indicating that in his own personal opinion, his next challenge should be a trilogy fight with Nate Diaz back inside the Octagon.
