Rizin 13 took place earlier today in Japan and you can see all the results below.
In the main event of the card Kyoji Horiguchi’s first ever kickboxing fight ended with a unanimous decision loss to Tensin Nasukawa.
Horiguchi showed his toughness throughout the bout, but proved to be outgunned by Nasukawa, who holds an impressive 27-0 kickboxing record. Nevertheless, Horiguchi will take some comfort from the fact that back in MMA he still holds a 10-fight winning streak dating back to his time in the UFC.
Earlier in the show Daron Cruickshank handed Diego Brandao a brutal knockout loss courtesy of a first round flying knee, while Mirko Cro Cop showed he’s still got something left in the tank after forcing a doctor’s stoppage in the first round against Roque Martinez courtesy of an elbow strike that opened up a nasty cut.
Prior to that Bob Sapp registered a victory after 14 consecutive losses with a unanimous decision win over Kintaro Osunaarashi.
