Artem Lobov And Chris Leben Win At Bare Knuckle FC 5

Two UFC veterans Artem Lobov and Chris Leben both emerged victorious in their fights at Bare Knuckle FC 5 last night in Biloxi.

Artem Lobov emerged victorious in an all out war with fellow UFC veteran Jason Knight in the main event.

Lobov was dropped within 15 seconds of the fight starting, but appared unphased and would go on to drop his opponent three times in the first three rounds in an increasingly bloody battle.

Knight proved to be exceptionally tough though, even fighting through losing at least one tooth during the fight and always kept things competitive, even appearing to take the upperhand in the final round as Lobov ran out of gas.

Nevertheless, it was Lobov who emerged with his hand raised via unanimous decision (48-47 x2, 48-46) and that sets up a blockbuster bare knuckle battle with boxing star Paulie Malignaggi next.

Meanwhile, in the co-main event, Chris Leben made short work of Justin Baesman, coming out aggressively as you’d expect from ‘The Crippler’ and KO’ing his overwhelmed opponent with big uppercuts just 25 seconds into the opening round.
