Bellator 164 Results

Bellator 164 saw the promotion heading to Tel Aviv, Israel and we’ve got all the results for you below.

In the main event of the evening, Douglas Lima reclaimed the welterweight title from Andrey Korshkov with a third round knockout victory.

In the first couple of rounds it was the dominant champ Koreshkov who enjoyed the better of the action as he got to work with takedowns and spells of top control.

However, early in the third round Koreshkov packed Lima up against the cage and looked to go on the offensive, but Lima started to let his own hands go in return and clocked the champion with a perfectly placed left hook to the chin that floored him, with a few ground and pound strikes sealing the KO win.

As such, Lima brought an end to a six-fight winning streak for Koreshkov, and reclaimed the title he’d lost to the Russian by unanimous decision a year and a half ago.
