UFC 223 Fight Card

After a two week hiatus the Octagon will be back in business this coming Saturday night, April 7th in Brooklyn, New York for UFC 223 and we’ve got the full fight card for you below.

In the main event of the evening there’s been a major change-up just a week out from the fight. The lightweight title is still up for grabs, but interim champ Tony Ferguson has been forced out of the fight due to a freak knee injury and will be replaced by featherweight champion Max Holloway, who moves up to 155lbs to challenge Khabib Nurmagomedov for the belt.

There’s more title action in the co-main event with the newly crowned strawweight champion Rose Namajunas heading straight into a rematch with former titleholder Joanna Jedrzejczyk.

Former lightweight champion Anthony Pettis will continue to search for an elusive return to form when he faces off against Michael Chiesa on the main card.

Calvin Kattar brings a 10-fight winning streak into the Octagon for his fight with Renato Moicano, whose own 11-fight unbeaten stretch was ended by Brian Ortega last time out.

Opening up the main card on pay-per-view will be a lightweight battle between two in-form fighters with Al Iaquinta being on a five-fight winning streak, while Paul Felder has won three in a row.
