UFC Fight Night 48 in Macau is the first of two UFC events set to take place next Saturday, August 23rd and you can check out the full fight card below.
Headlining the show is a middleweight match-up between Michael Bisping And Cung Le. Bisping’s coming off a decision loss to Tim Kennedy that leaves him out of the title hunt for now and ranked No.8 in the division, while Le hasn’t been in the Octagon since an impressive first round KO of Rich Franklin two years ago.
The welterweight co-main event pits the No.4 ranked Tyron Woodley up against current No.8 Dong Hyun Kim in a competitive battle of the grapplers who’ve also proven they can wage war on the feet too.
The quality of the four-fight main card quickly dips after that with a string of debuting fighters, including Australia’s Brendan O’Reilly who looks to go 6-0 against China’s Zhang Lipeng, the winner of TUF China who wields an unimpressive 7-7-1 record.
The main card opener is an all-Chinese affair between two other TUF China competitor Ning Guangyou (3-2-1) and Yang Jianping (6-3-1) in the featherweight division.
