A women’s strawweight fight between Alexa Grasso and Angela Hill has been added to UFC Fight Night 135 in Lincoln, Nebraska on August 25th.
The 24-year-old Grasso is coming off a first round submission loss to Tatiana Suarez last month. That’s left her with a 2-2 record so far in the UFC, having also clocked up wins over Randa Markos and Heather Jo-Clark, sandwiched inbetween a further loss to Felice Herrig.
In total that leaves Grasso with a 10-2 records and finds her placed at No.11 in the women’s strawweight rankings heading into this fight.
As for Hill, the former TUF fighter emerged victorious last time out, earning a unanimous decision win over Maryna Moroz back in February.
That means Hill is now 2-2 since returning to the promotion after a successful stint in the Invicta FC promotion, having also defeated Ashley Yoder and suffered losses against both Jessica Andrade and Nina Ansaroff, leaving her occupying the No.15 spot in the divison.
Grasso Vs Hill joins a UFC Fight Night 135 card that is set to be headlined by Justin Gaethje Vs Al Iaquinta.
