Alonzo Menifield delivered a fast finish tonight in the main card opener at UFC Fight Night 212, knocking out Misha Cirkunov in less than 90 seconds.

They land a punch apiece. Menifield tries to land a punch over the top and Cirkunov trying to work for a takedown that doesn’t work out.
Jab from Cirkunov as Menifield is trying to land a big punch and then ties up for a moment. he’s already bleeding from a cut to his left eye.
Menifield steps in with a big left hook to the temple and then a big right as Cirkunov turns his back to him that drops him to the floor for a quick KO finish at the 1.28min mark.
The 35-year-old Cirkunov has now lost seven of his last nine UFC fights, including five defeats via strikes in the first round, which could well bring an end to his time in the promotion, but also suggests that he’d be wise to seriously consider retirement.
