Bellator 268 took place last night and we’ve got all the results for you below.
Bellator’s light-heavyweight semi-finals led the proceedings last night and current champion Vadim Nemkov booked his place in the final with a fourth round submission stoppage win against Julius Anglickus.
Anglickus dropped Nemkov in the opening round, but the champ rallied by taking the fight to the floor, and he went back to that strategy in the second round, leading to some heavy ground-and-pound in the final minute that had his opponent in real trouble. Nemkov went hunting for submissions after quickly getting the fight to the floor in the third round, but he didn’t get a payoff until the fourth, when multiple attempts to find a finish led to him securing a kimura submission late in the round.
Meanwhile, Corey Anderson also fought his way into the final after delivering an early finish against former champ Ryan Bader, applying offensive pressure early and putting him down with a right hand and then claimed the TKO stoppage with ground-and-pound after just 51 seconds.
Earlier, Brent Primus defeated Benson Henderson unanimously on the scorecards, as did Henry Corrales over Vladyslav Parubchenko.
