Brian Stann Pulls Out Of UFC On FOX 4 Fight With Hector Lombard

The UFC are today seeking a new main event for UFC On FOX 4 after middleweight contender Brian Stann pulled out of his fight with former Bellator champion Hector Lombard.

A shoulder injury that will keep him out of action for 6-8 weeks is to blame for Stann’s withdrawal from the August 4th show.

No doubt the UFC will be looking to keep Lombard on the fight card, but there’s no indication of who his opponent will be or whether he will retain his headline status.

If the promotion opt to go for a different fight to top the bill then a bout already scheduled for the main card of the show between Lyoto Machida and Ryan Bader would be a solid choice.
