Despite speculation earlier this year that Brock Lesnar might be plotting a return to the UFC’s Octagon, Dana White has confirmed that the pro-wrestler has ruled out the possibility of fighting again.

“He’s done,” White revealed on “The Dave and Mahoney Morning Show” in Las Vegas. “He called me a couple days ago. He’s never coming back.”

Now 35 years-old, and having battled back from the Diverticulitis disease twice, it appears that Lesnar is no longer physically able to perform as he would need to in order to compete at the highest level in mixed martial arts.

“He said he can wrestle, but he can’t fight,” White said, adding, “But he was contemplating coming back.”

Lesnar’s manager Paul Heyman had indicated recently that it was highly unlikely that his client would ever return, but White had admitted around the same time that he would still welcome him back if he still wanted to compete.

However, it appears it wasn’t to be and it appears we can now definitively close the book on Lesnar’s MMA career which saw him win the heavyweight title and successfully defend it twice.
