Charlie Radtke TKO’s Gilbert Urbina In 1st Round At UFC Fight Night 235

Charlie Radtke made great use of his left hook against Gilbert Urbina tonight at UFC Fight Night 235, flooring his opponent twice in the opening round with it to seal a TKO victory.

Round One:

Leg kick for Urbina to start. One-two combo for Radtke. Slapping leg kick for Urbina. Now a front kick to the body from him.

Inside leg kick for Radtke. Push kick from Urbina. Another inside kik from Radtke. Right hand from him. Missed head kick for Urbina.

left hook lands for Radtke. Now a clean jab. Leg kick for Urbina. Jab again from Radtke. Kick from Radtke, but Urbina stifles him as he looks for a takedown. It doesn’t pay off though.

Jab continuing to land for Radtke. Chopping right hand for him. Another right hand lands off a kick from Urbina.

Right hand for Urbina, but soon after Radtke lands the left hook. Kick to the groin from Radtke forces a brief stoppage.

Leg kick for Radtke. He goes for the left hook. Radtke wades in again and lands that left hook, dropping Urbina to his knees. Urbina grabs on to a leg in desperation and is able to get back up. He’s in trouble though as Radtke backs him up to the cage again and unleashes another big hook, flooring him for a second time, and that’s it, Radtke secure a big TKO finish at 4.47mins of the first round.
