A day after wild scenes of violence at the UFC 202 pre-fight press conference, Conor McGregor was still fired up at the UFC 202 open workouts on Thursday, and that led him to unleash a foul-mouthed rant aimed at Nate Diaz and his crew.
“F*** the Diaz brothers, f*** those cockroaches,” McGregor yelled at the assembled fans and media.
“F*ck Team Diaz, and if you’re down with Team Diaz, f*ck you too.”
Diaz also had something to say about the debacle the day before, following his open workout session.
“I’m here as a businessman, doing what I got to do, you know. We’re all in a business. I want to behave myself and come out here and act right, but I got to keep it real too.
“Not even keep it real – stay true to myself, to what I believe in, and what I believe in is that, if a motherf*cker comes in with his team like the head honcho sh*t, I’m gonna let you know that we’ve got a whole gang ready to ride, know what I’m saying? It’s all good.
“They came in here like they were hot sh*t, but we’ve got a whole army here.”
