Dan Henderson Stops Tim Boetsch In 28 Seconds At UFC Fight Night 68

Dan Henderson showed tonight in the main event of UFC Fight Night 68 that at the age of 44 he’s still as dangerous as ever as he stops Tim Boetsch with strikes in just 28 seconds.

Round One:

The main event of the evening is underway in New Orleans. Boetsch with an overhand right to start. Kick from him and he presses forward with a flurry of punches only to be met with a huge right hand from Hendo on the back foot that buckles his legs completely.

Boetsch goes down to almost a crouch from that punch, but then rights himself. Henderson smells blood here and lands a knee before throwing a right and then dropping him again with a hard uppercut. Boetsch almost goes face first to the mat there and a few more piston-like blows from Hendo are all it takes for him to seal the TKO victory at 28 seconds of the very first round.

Great stuff from Hendo there showing there’s still life in the old dog yet!
