Dan Hooker Knocks Out Jim Miller In First Round At UFC Fight Night 128

Dan Hooker delivered a big knockout against Jim Miller tonight at UFC Fight Night 128 courtesy of a knee strikes in the opening round.

Round One:

Hooker goes for an early head kick, but it whistles over Miller’s head. Sequence of leg kicks from hooker. Now a nice right hook to the chin for him.

Miller into the clinch and lands a solid knee to the body. Hooker works the jab from range. Major height and reach advantage for Hooker here.

Overhand for Miller misses the target. Nice right hand for Hooker, but he gets caught on the counter too and again when he come in for another strike.

Kick attempt for Hooker, but Miller catches it and takes his time before throwing him to the mat. He doesn’t have long to work though before Hooker gets back to his feet and presses him to the cage. They break free and Hooker lands a nice knee and elbow.
