A flyweight title fight between Demetrious Johnson and John Moraga has been confirmed to headline ‘UFC ON FOX 8’ on July 27th.
This is a nice upgrade for these two fighters as their fight was originally scheduled to headline the TUF 17 Finale over on sister channel FX before Johnson picked up an injury and had to pull out of the fight.
This will be the second time that ‘Mighty Mouse’ has headlined a FOX card,having done so opposite John Dodson for ‘UFC On FOX 6’ back in January which averaged 4.2 million viewers.
A major welterweight fight between Rory MacDonald and Jake Ellenberger is expected to occupy the co-main event spot on the card in Seattle.
