Derrick Lewis KO’s Chris Daukaus In The 1st Round UFC Fight Night 199

Derrick Lewis delivered a beastly first round knockout of Chris Daukaus in the main event of UFC Fight Night 199 tonight as he swarmed on his opponent early and switched his lights out.

Round One:

The main event of the final event of the year is underway in Las Vegas!

Both men starting cautiously here, with Lewis taking the center of the Octagon as Daukaus moves around on the outside.

Daukaus bursts forward with a couple of punches. Now he lands a jab and then a leg kick. Leg kick again for Daukaus and Lewis looks to counter with a big punch of his own without success.

Big pressure from Lewis, but Daukaus survives for now against the cage. Lewis clinches and lands a knee, then Daukaus tries to press forward with short punches of his own.

However, Lewis fires back with a couple of heavy right hands and Daukaus suddenly collapses to the canvas – Lewis delivers another big knockout finish in the first round at 3.36mins of the first round!!
