A rumored bantamweight title fight between current champion Dominick Cruz and Cody Garbrandt has now been made official as the co-main event for UFC 207 in Las Vegas on December 30th.
There’s ‘No Love’ lost between Garbrandt and Cruz as can be seen from the Twitter posts both fighters made after the bout was made official.

The hard-hitting Garbrandt brings a perfect 10-0 career record to the cage, with nine of those wins coming by way of strikes.
That being said, he’s never faced anyone of Cruz’s caliber before, and ‘The Dominator’ has lived up to his nickname with a 22-1 record, defeating the best of the best in his weight-class over the years, including the likes of TJ Dillashaw, Urijah Faber (twice), Joseph Benavidez and Demetrious Johnson.
Cruz Vs Garbrandt will serve as the lead-in to the other major title fight on the UFC 207 card, which will see superstar Ronda Rousey return to the Octagon for the first time in over a year to fight for the woman’s bantamweight title against current champion Amanda Nunes.
