Freddie Roach Picks The Top 5 Boxers In MMA And The Top 5 Boxers Who Could Transition To MMA

Legendary boxing trainer Freddie Roach was on this week’s episode of Inside MMA on HDNet and was asked to list the top 5 boxers who he thought could make it in mixed martial arts, and quizzed on which MMA fighters he thought had the best boxing.

You can see his answers in the videos below, but it’s worth remembering that while Freddie is happy to talk about MMA he doesn’t claim to be a big fan of it so his choice of MMA fighters who are the best boxers is somewhat limited to people who he’s trained with in the past.

Nevertheless it’s always fun to hear Roach talk about MMA and in doing so help break down the barriers between the two combat sports.
