GSP Talks About Captain America 2, His Fighting Future And Possible Nick Diaz Rematch

Georges St.Pierre appears to be in a good place at the moment judging by a new interview with SportsNet in which he appears calm and relaxed as he discusses his upcoming movie role, his fighting future and a potential rematch with Nick Diaz.

The interview was to help promote GSP’s upcoming book, ‘The Way Of The Fight,’ but it’s not long before the Canadian star talks about another big project he has coming up – a role as ‘Batroc The Leaper’ in the upcoming ‘Captain America 2’ movie.

GSP says he’ll be on set for a week when it films in Los Angeles later this year and is excited to be a part of it and is curious to see if he’ll enjoy acting.

This doesn’t mean he’s contemplating retirement however, stating that he’s still having fun in his fighting career and isn’t going anywhere. In fact was back to training just three days after his last fight with Nick Diaz.

Speaking of Diaz, St.Pierre is surprisingly open to the possibility of having a rematch with Diaz, though not right away. If Diaz is able to maintain his status as one of the division’s top contenders then he believes it could happen in the future.
