Jason ‘Mayhem’ Miller Handed Vandalism Charge For Church Break-In last Month

Jason ‘Mayhem’ Miller has finally been charged after breaking into a church in Orange County on August 13th and running amok, trashing the inside of the building, spraying grafitti and covering much of it in foam from a fire extinguisher.

The former UFC and Strikeforce fighter has now officially been charged with misdemeanor vandalism, with his sentencing due on November 21st. If found guilty he could face anything from probation to a year in jail.

“Miller did maliciously and unlawfully deface with graffiti and other inscribed material, damage, and destroy church property, real and personal property belonging to Mission Hills Baptist Church, in the amount of $400 and more,” reads the complaint from the District Attorney.

‘Mayhem’ posted bail soon after being arrested last month and has yet to comment on the charge he’s now been given.
