Jason Mayhem Miller Won’t Be Punished For Church Break-In

Believe it or not, somehow Jason ‘Mayhem’ Miller has managed to escape any charges after being arrested naked in a church earlier this year.

According to Miller the charges against him have been dropped by the Orange County Superior Court and the incident has been removed from his record.

Miller was reported to have broken into the Mission Hills Church in Mission Viejo, Orange County on August 13th and had allegedly vandalized the inside of it, spraying graffiti and  a fire extinguisher inside the building.  Police arrested the fighter inside the church and he was reported to have been naked, but coherent.

The former MMA fighter’s behavior has been erratic at best for several months now since being released from the UFC and announcing his retirement, but hopefully this is the first step towards him getting back on track.
