Jim Miller vs. Bobby Green Set For UFC 258

Seasoned veterans Jim Miller and Bobby Green have agreed to fight on the upcoming UFC 258 card, less than two weeks before it’s set to take place in Las Vegas.

Miller stayed busy in 2020, fighting three times in the Octagon, but though he did earn a notable ‘Performance Of The Night’ win over Roosevelt Roberts, that was book-ended by two decision losses against Scott Holtzman and Vinc Pichel.

In total the 37-year-old Miller now holds a 21-14 (+1nc) career record and is currently tied with Donald Cerrone for having the most fights in UFC history (36).

Next he faces Green, who is coming off a decision loss to Thiago Moises back in October.

Green was actually even more active than Miller last year, as prior to the loss he had put together a three-fight winning streak.

All three victories were via decision, starting with Clay Guida, then Lando Vannata and finally Alan Patrick.

Miller vs. Green joins a UFC 258 line-up that will be headlined by a welterweight title fight between Kamaru Usman and Gilbert Burns, while other notable nights include Kelvin Gastelum vs. Ian Heinisch, Maycee Barber vs. Alexa Grasso and Pedro Munhoz vs. Jimmie Rivera.

At this stage it’s not clear whether Miller vs. Green will serve on the main card or not.
