Josh Neer Amongst Four Fighters Released From The UFC

The UFC have released four more fighters as they continue to thin down their roster after absorbing Strikeforce’s roster earlier this year.

Perhaps the most notable from this batch is veteran fighter Josh ‘The Dentist’ Neer who’s latest stint in the promotion comes to an end after a 2-3 spell.

This process is nothing new for the 30 year-old though as he’s now been cut several times from the promotion through the course of his career, with his overall record inside the Octagon standing at 6-8.

Joining him will be Caros Fodor who lost his UFC debut to Sam Stout by split decision after crossing over from Strikeforce, along with Brock Jardine (0-2) and Jon Manly (0-1).

These are unlikely to be the last of the cuts with the UFC having indicated recently that they need to reduce their roster by around a hundred fighters.
