Kai Asakura delivered a big KO finish in the Octagon at UFC Fight Night 286 in Shanghai tonight after blasting Aori Qileng with a head kick, before dropping him with punches.

Round One

Body kick from Asakura. Now a calf kick from him. Asakura feeling out with punches but not quite finding his range yet.

Body punches from Asakura. Now an uppercut. Asakura marching forward with punches, but Qileng lands a counter.

Solid calf kick for Asakura. The offense slows down for a bit as both men size each other up. Asakura surges forward with a flurry, but Qileng suffers a grazing eye-poke in the midst of that and gets a time-out to recover.

Qileng with a couple of leg kicks. Now one from Asakura. Body kick from Qileng as Asakura was coming forward.

Asakura applying forward pressure, but Qileng does land a counter. Brief exchange in close and then Asakura clinches against the cage and the action stalls from there until the end of the round.

Round Two

Jab for Asakura. Left hook off the guard. Hard head kick lands big for Asakura followed by an uppercut and a few more punches behind it that crumbles Qileng to the canvas. Asakura with a hard knee to the body as Qileng is slumped in a heap close to the cage to seal the knockout victory at 0:34mins of the second round!
