Misha Cirkunov made short work of Pat Cummins tonight at UFC Fight Night 138, taking him down in the first round and quickly finding a submission finish.
Round One:
Wild strike from Cummins misses and Cirkunov lands a punch in response. Cummins looks for a takedown instead now and Cirkunov doing well to stay upright while also threatening with a potential choke.
Cummins working hard to get Cirkunov down, but he remains upright. Now Cirkunov reverses and starts landing some solid knees to the body in the clinch.
Lovely trip from Cirkunov and gets straight to full mount. Now he’s cinching in an arm triangle and he’s got it easily. Cummins isn’t getting out of that and is forced to tap out with only 2.40mins on the clock!
