Not to be upstaged by his girlfriend Rose Namajunas who seized arguably the submission of the year so far with a 12 second flying armbar at Invicta FC 5 last weekend, Pat Barry is determined to prove that he’s no stranger to this acrobatic feat himself.
Of course there is the small matter of him being a 240lb heavyweight who’s never won by submission in his life – but that wasn’t going to stop our intrepid hero from showing everybody how he likes to get down – quite literally in fact!
