UFC 178 Injuries And Medical Suspensions

Tim Kennedy was left dealing not just with a controversial loss on Saturday night at UFC 178, but also a left orbital bone fracture that’s lead to a six month medical suspension, though potentially it could be longer than that before he’s able to return to action.

That was the most serious injury on the card, though Cat Zingano has an upper back issue that could keep her out for 180 days, while Stephen Thompson faces a similar layoff for a right eye and right hand injury, as does Jon Tuck who hurt his right shoulder and foot.

Check out all the medical suspensions resulting from UFC 178 below.

Throughout it all I've remained captivated by the sport and I'm excited to cover what comes next here on MMA Insight.
