The UFC 202 medical suspensions report has been released and shows that headlining superstar Conor McGregor could be out for up to six months after he was seen on crutches after the fight with a possible broken foot.
However, later that night McGregor claimed that his foot wasn’t broken, but indicated that his left shin was very sore due to having clashed with Diaz’s knee in the opening round of the fight.
The only other fighter facing a potentially lengthy spell on the sidelines is McGregor’s teammate Artem Lobov who was victorious on the night, but now awaits word on x-rays to his right leg and ankle, which will determine whether he has to sit out for the next six months.
